In-Office Services

Full Lab Services

Century Wellness Center maintains its own lab. We are able to perform blood draws and respiratory swabs with STAT results, when needed.

Your blood draw is done in-house. We have some of the best phlebotomists working for us!

Ultrasounds

We perform Echocardiograms, Thyroid, Carotid, Abdominal, and Lower Extremities. Our ultrasound technicians are in-office Monday – Friday from 9am – noon.

Bardy Heart Monitor

The Bardy CAM Patch is a long-term ECG monitor that has been clinically proven to identify arrhythmias.

At-Home Sleep Studies

Patients are sent home with a sleep study device. From the data we gather we are able to determine if our patient suffers from sleep apnea.

Executive Level Physicals

We perform executive level physicals, complete with EKGs, extensive lab work, cardio work-ups (as needed), preventive risk assesments, and attentive consult time.

Weight Management Program

Following an exam and labwork, we partner with you, providing medicinal, dietary, and emotional support, to help you lose unwanted weight and live a healthy life.  Your goals and progress will be monitored monthly.  Check-ins can be done as telemed appointments.

Personal Injury Assessments

We work with you and your attorneys to provide a thorough accounting of your injuries, an assessment of your prognosis for recovery, and the care and guidance to help you get there.

Pre-Operative Clearances

We offer very thorough pre-operative clearances. Exam, EKG, blood work, sometimes a chest x-ray (as required), and we can arrange for a cardio clearance (as needed).  All results are sent to you surgeon ahead of your scheduled surgery.
