Duplicate invoices were accidentally re-emailed to many of our patients on Tuesday night (10/24/17). These are duplicates of invoices that were sent in August and September, not new bills. This was a data error on the part of BillFlash, the tech company that emails and mails all statements prepared by our billing company. We apologize for any concern this may have caused you and want you to know that we are working with BillFlash to assure this will not happen again. If you received such a bill by email, on Tuesday night, there is no need to call our office or our billing company … please disregard if you have already paid.
